High Schools Visiting the 8th Grade

This week the eighth grade kicked off the high school process. The eighth graders were visited by three schools this past week. The schools that came were: Don Bosco Tech, Ramona Convent, and Maranatha High School. On Wednesday September 23, 2015 Don Bosco gathered all the eighth grade boys into Mr. Weyermuller’s 8A classroom to discuss reasons why they should attend their all boys school. Ramona Convent also presented to the eighth grade girls, who gathered in Mrs. O’Toole’s 8B class, why they should attend their all girls school. On Thursday September 24, 2015 the entire eighth grade class gathered in the gym during lunch to listen to Marantha talk about their school and why we should go there. As a class we thought seeing alumni from St. Philip the Apostle School was especially cool and found their opinion on their schools interesting. All of the schools looked great from the presentations, and it will be hard to make decisions. The eighth grade class of 2016 is excited for many more schools to come and visit our campus to continue to pursue us to go to their high school. Keep up the great work 8th grade and Good Luck!
