This week I caught up with the second grade and asked them some questions. I interviewed Mateo and Charlotte to represent the second grade. They both told me that the second grade year was going good. Then, Mateo told me that his favorite subject is Science and Charlotte told me her’s is P.E.. Mateo said that 2nd grade has a lot more math than first grade. Then Charlotte said that second grade is her favorite year yet. Mateo said he likes second grade but not more than first grade because Ms. Lieber was very fun in his opinion. I then asked Ms. De Roulhac what her favorite part about teaching second grade was. “My absolute favorite part of teaching second grade is my students. They inspire me, they challenge me, and they make me laugh.”, said the second grade teacher. This second grade, I can tell, is going to be great.
