This year GAP has partnered with the upcoming movie WONDER. They are holding a contest to see who can design the best shirt about kindness. All of the 5th Grade is participating in this contest. One of the best things is that each kid in 5th Grade will be entering a design. This whole contest is amazing and one of our students just might win.

I interviewed Charlie, Aidan, Peyton and Neci about this contest. Aidan said the top three shirts will be sold and GAP stores and all the proceeds will go to anti-bullying charities. He said he enjoys drawing the shirt and this is a chance to be famous. Neci told me she likes reading Wonder and that the movie comes out in November. Peyton said that her favorite part is drawing the shirt and that Wonder is by R.J. Palacio. Lastly, Charlie added that the 5th Grade is going to see the movie when it comes out and he’s really excited about it and to just “Choose Kind”. The book Wonder is very deep, said Charlie.  Keep an eye on the GAP website for when you can go buy a GAP Wonder shirt.
