Ungifted is a Children’s literature novel written by Gordon Korman. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it to anyone. In this book the main character is Donovan Curtis, Donovan is always getting in trouble with his pranks but one of them goes too far. Donovan breaks the school statue of Atlas, and gets in huge trouble. The superintendent of schools, Dr. Schultz accidently marks Donovan’s name down on an application to the Academy for Scholastic Distinction. When Donovan and his family receive the letter from the school they were shocked. Dr. Schultz eventually finds out he mistakenly sent Donovan to the school, and tries to track him down. Will Donovan be able to fit in with his new classmates or will Dr. Schultz find him and bring him back to school, read Ungifted to find out.
