Field Trips
Want an insight on the field trips…. Well, the first graders went to the Underwood Farm in the week of October 16. This field trip really taught the students about agriculture and how a farm works. This also allowed for the students to see the different animals on a farm, like cows and horses. It is really critical to teach first graders about the importance of farms and how they shape our society.
In the week of October 23, the 3rd grade will be going to the Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary, where they will learn about animals. This is an exciting experience for all kids to learn more about our Earth and with whom we share it with. The third graders will see different animals and they will learn about nature and how to take care of it. On the weekends if you are bored you too can also visit this location.
