Can Drinking Coffee Make You Live Longer?
Unlike most people, I do not like the taste of coffee, but I love the smell. Now, can coffee actually make you live longer? I read a couple articles, and studies show that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and diabetes. One particular study showed how much coffee impacted a person’s risk of death. The amount of coffee that decreased a person’s risk of death the most seemed to be 4-5 cups of coffee a day. After that amount, the coffee did not include any more benefits. The study also showed that while 4-5 cups of coffee a day impacted a person’s risk of death the most, small amounts of coffee like 1 cup a day still made an impact. Next time you are at a coffee shop, you just might want to try one of the healthiest beverages on the planet!
