Earlier this month, an asteroid came into our solar system which is confirmed to have come from another solar system. This is the first object that has come from a different star. Scientists suggest that the asteroid had been moving through the Milky Way without being attached to any star before it came through our solar system. The asteroid was about a quarter of a mile long and was traveling at 196,000 miles per hour which was found out while scientists were trying to classify what the object was after previously calling the object an asteroid. Scientists say that they will keep studying the asteroid as it passes through our solar system until the asteroid is too small to be seen which is expected to be this December. The asteroid is also expected to leave our solar system in January of 2019.
