Cold Rolled Ice Cream Company has become a trending ice cream destination. It is right in the middle of Melrose Avenue. At the moment it is a unique and only location. If there is no traffic it takes about 30 minutes to get there. Once you get there, there may be a bit of a line. This is because each individual ice cream takes about 5 minutes to make. They are also each made individually. Since it is rolled ice cream they ask what flavors, toppings, fruits, and sauces you want. After they take what you ask for and blend it together to make your personal ice cream flavor. The process is better shown in the video below. The ice cream maker calls you over to watch it being made. They start off by spreading the mixture on their workspace. Then they do some specific folding and mixing. After it becomes harder and easier to separate into sections. Once it’s in sections they roll it into the rolls and place it into the cup. They put whipped cream (if want), and all done! If you ask for any sauces they will write your name into the rolls before they are sectioned. I’m not gonna lie, I did not have high hopes for this concoction. It actually turned out to be amazing! I 10/10 recommend going trying this unique ice cream place. It was such a fun adventure to go on!
