St. Thomas Aquinas

St. Thomas Aquinas was born in 1225 and died on March 7, 1274. St. Thomas Aquinas had parents that were rich, as he became older he gave that all up because of his love for God.

Not only had he become more religious, but he also became more interested in science. St. Thomas used his knowledge of theology and philosophy to explain Catholic theology. St. Thomas Aquinas lived a regular life as a young person but became a Dominican where he connected scientific truth and inspired everyone to do the same. Thomas showed the people the links between scientific truths and God. Everyone was inspired by Aquinas’ links.

Even though Aquinas only lived up to the age of 49, St. Thomas is recognized by many people for his accomplishments like becoming a Dominican even though his mother wanted otherwise, leaving his average life to be closer to God, and finding links between scientific truth and God.
