The star-studded Oscars were Sunday, March 4th. It was a long year in the world of Hollywood. From sexual accusations to gender injustice the entertainment business has been under fire. Last year, the Oscars were under fire for racism. The academy was definitely risking their reputation once again this year after all the events. However, they handled the situation very well. Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the 90th Oscars celebrated the art of film and science in a celebratory yet respectful way. The opening monologue was not as comical and controversial as past years. Winners were very diverse. Lastly, the Oscars were celebrated in the best way they could after the mayhem of the past year. Big winners will be listed below.
