The junior high science fair was last week and there were many great ideas. This year the 6th graders were required to create a contraption that would stop a mudslide from destroying a city. Many of these projects were very creative and unique. In 7th grade, the 7th graders were required to build a two step process that will purify water. There were many creative ideas, like using bleach and using bananas. In 8th grade the 8th graders were able to choose their groups this year. The 8th graders were required to build a vehicle that will drive by inflating and deflating a balloon. I really liked looking at all of the creative designs and it will be tough to decide on who wins in each grade.
