 This week we have a very special recipe. These are frozen banana pops that were created by Mrs. Ramirez. Enjoy these frozen treats on a warm sunny day!

 

Ingredients:

  • Bananas
  • Milk (Mrs. Ramirez uses Coconut milk)
  • Vanilla or Peppermint extract
  • Maple Syrup
  • Chocolate Chips

 

Steps:

  1. Mash the bananas in a blender or by hand
  2. Add your desired choice of milk
  3. Add vanilla or peppermint extract
  4. Add maple syrup
  5. Add chocolate chips
  6. Freeze in a mold
