Mini Lemon Tart Bites


         These little lemon tart bites are amazing. They taste so good and they have a lot of great lemon flavor. They are really easy to make and serve. Since they are bite-sized you can pop them right in your mouth and taste the delicious lemon flavor.

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (it should be cubed and slightly warm)

Filling Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Make the crust by combining flour, powdered sugar, salt, and butter until it is a crumbly texture.
  3. Spray mini cupcake pans with cooking spray and add the dough into it.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. When the crust is in the oven combine all of the ingredients in the filling.
  6. Add the filling to the lemon tarts when they come out and put them back in for 25 minutes so that it is no longer liquid.
  7. Let cool and then carefully cut the sides of the pan and then tip the pan over so that they come out.
  8. Enjoy!
