The 2019 Met Gala theme has been announced along with its hosts. This year’s theme is Camp: notes on fashion. The hosts this year will be Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, Alessandro Michele, Anna Wintour, and Serena Williams. As always, the party of the year in the fashion world will be held on May 1st, 2019 at the Met. The 2018 theme was “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination” where we witnessed some of the most fabulous outfits ever. These outfits include Ariana Grande wearing a Sistine Chapel design dress by Vera Wang at the 2018 Met Gala and Rihanna in 2017 wearing a very unique piece designed by Comme des Garçons. As we have all witnessed these headline-making and exciting looks I’m sure we are all excited to see what fashion designers have in store this year.
