Thanksgiving On Thursday

Thanksgiving on Thursday is number 27 of the Magic Tree House. It is a fictional novel by Mary Pope Osborne. The Magic Treehouse series is about to siblings named Jack and Annie. They go on adventures through a magic tree house and venture to different places and times. This time Jack and Annie go back to 1621 when the Pilgrims took a voyage from England to America on the Mayflower. They then make a civilization in order to survive. Squanto, a Native American chief helps the Pilgrims figure out how to map the lands and how to find food. The Pilgrims give thanks to him and the other Native Americans through the first Thanksgiving feast. Jack and Annie find themselves in the midst of the feast and don’t know how to do anything the way the Pilgrims want them to do. Will Jack and Annie destroy Thanksgiving forever?
