Sherlock Holmes and the 1st Baker Street Irregular: Update

This fall St. Philip’s Drama Club is presenting Sherlock Holmes and the First Baker Street Irregular. This production is about a girl, named Wiggins, who lives with a group of homeless kids on the streets of London. When Wiggins meets Sherlock Holmes she begins to learn how to be a detective. I sat down with 8th grader Skylar Medina, who plays Sherlock Holmes, to find out her thoughts on this year’s play. Skylar said she enjoys the play so much and is looking forward to opening night. She is excited for everyone to come to see the play because it has a very fun storyline that she thinks people will like. According to Skylar, this is one of her favorite shows she has participated in at the school. Drama Club has been rehearsing every day for the past week until 6 o’clock on the stage to prepare for opening night. Show dates are November 16, 17, and 18. You can purchase tickets at the door or pre-purchase tickets at the office, each ticket is $5.
