Berry Crisp

Ingredients

Topping

  1. 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  2. ¼ cup flour
  3. ¼ cup sugar
  4. ¾ cup light brown sugar
  5. Dash of salt
  6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. ⅔ cup of unsalted butter, melted

Berry Filling

  1. ¼ cup flour
  2. 4 ½ cups frozen berries
  3. ¼ cup sugar
  4. ¼ teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Mix all of the topping ingredients except for the butter
  3. Add the melted butter to the mixture and set it aside
  4. In a new bowl add all of the berry filling ingredients
  5. Add the berry mixture into an 8×8 pan and then evenly put the topping on top
  6. Put the pan in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown
  7. The berries should be bubbling
  8. Take out the pan and let it cool for about 7-10 minutes
  9. Enjoy!
