Prague

Over winter break my family and I visited Prague. Prague is a beautiful country in the Czech Republic. My family and I went to Prague to celebrate New Year’s Eve. On New Year’s Eve, we just stayed at our hotel and had food and listened to music. The next night, however, Prague had its annual firework show. Thousands of people were on the streets watching the beautiful fireworks. In Prague, we visited many tourist attractions including Charles Bridge. At Charles Bridge, we stood on the bridge that showed all of the beautiful city of Prague. I would love to go back to Prague because the atmosphere and cities were one of a kind. One main food that was EVERYWHERE in Prague was called a Trdelnik. A Trdelnik is almost like a churro but in a sphere shape. In your Trdelnik you had an option to put Nutella and strawberries. That dessert was so good and was absolutely one of my favorites. Prague’s main food was pork. Even though I am not a big fan of pork Prague changed my mind. There was a restaurant in Prague that just sells pork. Their pork was very juicy and good and was one of a kind. We had to be very careful where we changed our money in Prague. Prague’s currency is Czech Crowns. For every dollar, it is about 22 crowns. Although in some places, they will give you less Czech Crowns for more dollars. So, you have to be very careful about where you are getting money. Overall I would rate our trip to Prague a 10/10. If you ever get the chance I would recommend going to Prague!
