One of my favorite treats is Popsicles. I make these all the time and they are amazing. Here are two of my favorite combinations.

Raspberry Tangerine Popsicle:

Ingredients:

  • Popsicle molds (I use Zoku Popsicle molds)
  • Tangerine juice (can be found at Trader Joe’s)
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Get your Popsicle molds and lay them up. I like the zoku ones because they have a stand to hold them so it’s easier to pour in the liquid.
  2. Get your tangerine juice and be sure you shake it well.
  3. Pour in the tangerine juice to almost the top but leave a bit of room.
  4. Get your raspberries and be sure to wash them.
  5. Add the raspberries to the molds (should be about 6 raspberries) and put the lids back on and stick them in the freezer overnight.

Lemon Mint Popsicle:

Ingredients:

  • Popsicle molds
  • Lemonade
  • Fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Lay your Popsicle molds upright.
  2. Get your lemonade and poor them to almost the top of the mold.
  3. Get your mint and wash it.
  4. Add the mint to the mold (should be about 4-6 pieces of mint).
  5. Put the lid on and put them in the freezer overnight.
