Avengers: Endgame Review (MAJOR SPOILERS!)

After over a decade of storytelling, we near the end of an important time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Avengers: Endgame is the perfect culmination of previous Marvel movies, and is a perfect starting point for Phase 4 of the MCU. I walked into the theater knowing more or less what to expect from the movie, however, it never ceased to shock me. The movie arouses emotions that I rarely feel, and does a spectacular job at it. Endgame has been one of the BEST movies I’ve seen all year, possibly ever. Below I review the epic conclusion to the Infinity Saga that is Avengers: Endgame.

Please note: The first half of this review will have NO SPOILERS, but the second half will have MAJOR SPOILERS! You have been warned…

I have to say, Endgame was a very emotional movie (My eyes watered up during some moments, below (SPOILERS), I tell you which ones). They made every moment meaningful and impactful to the story. The way that they are able to tie in every single MCU movie that came before it and all of its characters is no easy task. They make even the most overlooked characters important to the conclusion of the Infinity Saga. They also do a great job of putting in some hilarious moments into the movie, something that Marvel has always excelled at. Endgame is the perfect mixture of happy, sad, hilarious, and everything in between. If you haven’t watched Endgame yet, watch it, and avoid spoilers at all costs! Below is the spoiler section of the review. SPOILERS BELOW!!!

Avengers: Endgame had some incredibly emotional parts in it. From the death of Black Widow to the “I love you three thousand” moment (you remember that), there was no shortage of reasons to fall in love with the Marvel characters. The way that it made every moment – even if it was seemingly unimportant – important was amazing. I greatly appreciate the work and effort that was put into every scene of Endgame. What were your favorite scenes in the movie? Mine were when Captain America said “Avengers: assemble!” with Mjolnir and when he was dancing with Peggy Carter (I cried then). If you do comment, and it includes spoilers, please start off your comment with “SPOILERS!” We all know how terrible they are.

All in all, I would rate Avengers: Endgame from about a 9.75 to a 10 (out of 10). It was an incredible and accessible movie that should be watched by everybody.
