Recently there were the Student Council elections for the 2019-2020 school year! I interviewed one of the students running before the elections. I interviewed Holly Hillman who has been on student council for the 2018-2019 school year. I asked if her speech writing process was going well and she said it was going good but it took a while to think about. I asked her if she was feeling confident and she said she was feeling more confident than last year but she still has the fear she might not make it. After the elections, I was impressed with everyone who ran. The people who made it were Michael Gates, Patrick Maroun, Holly Hillman, Arthur Camara, Francis Knoll, Nicole Colton, Alejandro Leyva, Maria Boutros, Shannon Gray, Brandon Yan, Colee Smith, Ryan Zhu, Mason Mendez, and Leo Sugiyama. Congrats to everyone who made the 2019-2020 student council!
