This is my last article that I’ll be writing for the newspaper here at St. Philip. I have only been a member of the Falcons Flyer for one year, and it has been very memorable.

Because of Falcons Flyer, I have become a better writer and I have learned a lot more about this fabulous school. I am so blessed to have had this experience. The other members are so talented and we always laugh in every meeting. The teachers, Mrs Natalie and Ms. O’Toole, have been really supportive and they have taught me everything I will need to know about writing articles in the future. Falcons flyer has really helped me prioritize myself by scheduling interviews and has given me plenty of tips to use when writing articles next year in high school.

Next year I am going off to Mayfield with many of my friends. I plan on joining the newspaper club to continue improving my writing skills and to become a better writer. I am very excited to start high school. I think St. Philips has really prepared me for high school and Falcons Flyer has also helped prepare me for all the writing assignments to come in high school. I am really going to miss St. Philip and all the wonderful teachers and students that have helped me grow through the years.

Thank you St. Philip and Falcons Flyer. I appreciate all the help you have given me in becoming the person I am today. I will miss you!!
