The Diary of Anne Frank by Anne Frank  is the diary of a young teenager named Anne Frank. She was a Jewish girl who lived in the time of the Holocaust, which was not good time for the Jewish people. One day, Anne Frank and her family went into hiding from the Nazis. In hiding, Anne has a diary in which she writes about all the experiences she has.  She also lives with another family called the Van Pels, which she soon has a strong connection with the son.  After World War II ended, Anne Frank’s father found Anne’s diary.  He read the whole diary and gave it to a friend to publish.  The diary soon became famous, and many people have read it over the years. You, too, should read it, available in the Learning Commons.
