So as you all know Summer is coming up which is very exciting. Now not to think too far ahead but the as a 7th grader I think we all need to start preparing for our eighth grade year because as we go into eighth grade we need to become more responsible, think about what high schools we want to go to, keeping up our grades, and dealing with friends which can all be very stressful at times. In order to see some students thoughts on eighth grade, I decided to ask two of my classmates some questions.

FF: What are your thoughts on going into the eighth grade?

Luna Ruiz: Super Excited but a little nervous

FF: What are you planning on participating in next year?

Luna Ruiz: Most of the sports, speech, and debate and maybe drama

FF: What high schools are you looking into?

Luna Ruiz: Maybe Mayfield, FSHA, or  La Salle

FF: What are your thoughts on going into the eighth grade?

Chloe Gilb: I am super excited to see what the year brings but also a little nervous

FF: What are you planning on participating in next year?

Chloe Gilb: Drama, Falcons Flyer, and Student Council if i get in

FF: What high schools are you looking into?

Chloe Gilb: I have no idea

A Lot of people think eighth-grade year may be very stressful but I believe if you go in with a great attitude anyone can get through it. For the most part both of these girls sound pretty excited about their eighth grade year as I am too.
