Chocolate Chip Pancakes
The smell of chocolate chip pancakes just wakes me up in the morning. This week i decided to make chocolate chip pancakes, one of my favorite breakfast items. They may not be the healthiest but they are for sure delicious. This is a pretty simple recipe with ingredients you probably already have at home.
Chocolate Chip Pancakes:
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup of Flour
1 tbsp of sugar
¼ tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp of salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 cup of milk
¼ cup of butter
¾ tsp of vanilla
⅓ cup of Chocolate Chips
Instruction:
- First, Mix together all of the dry ingredients
- Next, Mix together all of the wet ingredients except for the chocolate chips
- Then pour the wet ingredients mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk
- Next, gently fold in the chocolate chips until fully incorporated
- Then, Heat up your pan on medium heat and spray the pan with PAM or any nonstick spray
- Once the pan is heated put a dollop of pancake batter onto the pan, make sure to not overcrowd the pan
- Then, Cook the pancake about 1 minute on each side or until slightly brown on both sides
That is all you need to do for this super delicious pancake recipe. This is simple and quick and is guaranteed to fill you up for breakfast.
