Spider-Man: No Way Home Movie Review: A Fun, Action-Packed, Must-Watch Movie!
Spider-Man: No Way Home is one of the most anticipated Marvel movies of all time, making over 1.6 billion dollars a month after release. This movie takes place directly after it’s last sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home, when Spider-Man’s identity is revealed as Peter Parker and is mistaken as a villain . It has a thrilling plot about Spider-Man and Doctor Strange accidentally opening the rift to the multiverse, causing some of Spider-Man’s greatest villains to come out of their universes and wreak havoc on Peter and Strange’s universe, including Doctor Octopus, Sandman, the Green Goblin, and a couple others. Spider-Man, with the help of his friends, MJ and Ned, must defeat these new villains and return them to where they came from. This action-packed movie stars many recognizable actors and actresses, including Tom Holland as Spider-Man, Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned, and Benedict Cumberpatch as Doctor Strange. This movie had people racing to the theaters with its stunning fights, unexpected plot-twists, and marvelous acting, making 260 million dollars on opening night, being the second largest domestic opening of all time! Along with that, it got a rating of 93 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, along with an 8.7/10 on IMDb. Although it is one of the most money-making movies of all time, there were a lot of moments in the movie that felt very emotional and sad, especially around the ending, which isn’t what the average viewer would expect. “Throughout all of it, the weird and complex history of Spider-Man as a cinematic icon isn’t a hindrance to the story; instead, it’s an enhancement, using the quirks of the character’s legacy as a source of illumination into why he has endured so long,” said a critic on Rotten Tomatoes. Overall, I think that this is a spectacular movie that should be watched not only by Marvel fans, but by everyone, even if they aren’t very interested in the Marvel franchise. So go watch Spider-Man: No Way Home at the theaters or on Prime Video, and have fun watching it!
