It is January 2025, and President Donald Trump has been inaugurated for his second term, with his first term from 2016 to 2020. In case you missed it on the news, here are some key moments that happened that evening. Trump started his inauguration parade at Capital One Arena, home to the Stanley Cup champions the Washington Capitals. Some important people present include Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, JD Vance, and Carrie Underwood, who sang a song called “America the Beautiful”. After that, Trump gave a speech in which he said he would make our country his top priority. Finally, he was sworn in and officially became the 47th president of the United States.
