One spooky Halloween night three ghosts were trick-or-treating.  The first ghost’s name was Cathy.  The second ghost’s name was John, and the third ghost’s name was Pup.  While they were trick-or-treating they passed by a haunted house.  Everyone went in.  When the ghosts went in, two kids appeared.  One was a boy named Miles and the other, a girl named Macey.  They went in too.  Macey was looking in the house.  Miles went in a room with a fireplace and a fog machine.  Miles did not see the fog machine though.  Cathy was in the same room as Miles but Miles did not know.  Along with Macey, she went to a different room.  John and Pup were in the same room too.  Macey felt a shiver down her spine because Cathy went through him.  He ran out of the room screaming.  He went down the hall and leaned on a bookcase.  The bookcase split in half.  It was a secret passageway!  When he reached the end, there was a door.  Miles opened the door.  First, he looked back up to see if anyone was following him.  He was walking backwards when he bumped into Macey.  They both scared each other.  They looked in back of each other.  They were so happy to see each other they gave a big hug.  When they found the hall, there was the open door that led outside, they ran out.  The only one that were now inside the house were ghosts.  They were sad Miles and Macey left.  The ghosts loved to scare people!
