The results for the best video of the year was won by Beyonce “Formation”. Beyonce also won the best female video,”Hold Up”. The best male video was won by Calvin Harris and Rihanna “This is What You Came For”. The best hip hop video was won by Drake “Hotline Bling”. The best rock video was awarded to Twenty-One Pilots “Heathens”. The best electronic video was awarded to Calvin Harris and Disciples “How Deep Is Your Love”. The best new artist was awarded to DNCE. The Song of Summer award was presented by Verizon and awarded to “All In My Head (Flex)” by Fifth Harmony and Fetty Wap. Congrats to all the winners of the “VMA: Songs Of Summer”!
