STUDENT COUNCIL OLYMPICS

It was that time of year again when the Olympics is held at our school.  The Olympics is an annual event hosted by the current student council where every grade is able to participate in a variety of activities. This year, on June 2,  the student council led the school in games of soccer, basketball, javelin, and dodgeball.

I interviewed two kids from the third grade, Sarah and Matteo, on their thoughts on the Olympics:

FF: What did you play?

Sarah and Matteo: Basketball, javelin, and soccer.

FF: Which activity was your favorite?

Sarah and Matteo: Soccer

FF: Do you think it was a good exercise?

Sarah and Matteo: Yes, because we got to run around and do a lot of different sports.

FF: Was it fun?

Sarah and Matteo: Yes, because we got to be active, play with our friends, and run.
Overall, I think it was a very good day across the grades during the Olympics and I think everyone had fun running around and playing different sports as a class. Great job Student Council!
