This week’s peacebuilder is Mason Henry! Mason is in 4B in Mrs. Currin’s class. He received a peacebuilder principal referral award from Mrs. Currin. On Dollar Dress Day, Mason did not participate or wear alternate dress. However, he had a dollar saved to buy a popsicle that day. Being such a kindhearted student, Mason gave his dollar away to help fund the 8th grader’s field trip to Washington D.C.  

When asked what made him want to do this, he said that he like to help others and that he felt good inside. Mason would do it again if he could and he also liked the fact that he got an award for his deeds.
