Baby Chicks!

The baby chicks are back! If you didn’t see them yet you can go check them out by the fifth-grade classrooms downstairs. This year we have three eggs and they are supposed to hatch sometime next week (week of April 23rd). The eggs are in an incubator to keep them warm until they hatch. Every class Mrs. Gripp teaches will get to play and hold the chicks. There are 2 eggs that are light brown and one egg that is white. The chicks don’t have a name yet, but one grade will choose three names. Also, a fun fact about chicks is that they chirp even when they are in the eggs. The chicks are going to be here for a short time so check them out whenever you can!
