- Not sure how to study? Try different studying techniques like:
- Use games such as Quizlet and Gimkit (make sure to get your games approved by your teacher).
- Make flashcards for vocabulary, key phrases, and add pictures, if you want, and then have someone test you on it.
- Try to study in a way that works for you, ex: drawing a model for math, using a sports team to understand a cell, writing and acting a monologue in Spanish
- Managing your time: Have too many tests? Try to:
- Space it out! If there is a math test that is coming up sooner than your science quiz, you should study for math first.
- Give yourself enough time to do it all. Know how long you will take to study for each test so you give yourself time to study everything.
- Write it down!
- Every assignment your teacher tells you about, every test, project, and reading should be written down in one place with the dates it’s due. A big part of getting an A is turning in the assignment (turning it in on time helps too).
We hope this helps! Good luck with your tests!
