“I like helping making the school cleaner”- (Jericoh 5A). Jericho is 11 years old, loves to draw and loves the color blue. This week Mrs. Carmen, an assistant teacher wrote a Peace Builder’s referral to Jericoh for cleaning up the lunch tables during lunch time. Jericoh said he cleaned up the lunch tables because he saw that they looked dirty so he decided to clean the tables up. Jericoh did not just clean the lunch tables but he also swept up the floor.He used a broom to sweep and picked up after the other students. Jericoh was not asked to clean up he just volunteered on his own because he felt like he should help clean up the mess. Jericoh said that if he could help clean up again he would because it was fun to help.
