We have two baby falcons on the way.  The two moms will be Mrs. Joyce, art teacher/helper, and Mrs. Medina, the junior high english teacher.  They will both be having baby boys and are about 6 months along!  Mrs. Joyce waited to tell people for about 3-4 months.  Same with Mrs. Medina with the exception of her parents.  Mrs. Joyce doesn’t know her baby’s name yet while Mrs. Medina is hoping to name her baby Marcelino.  She chose the name because it was her great-grandfather’s name, and also after the little boy from an old Spanish black and white movie called Marcelino, Pan y Vino.  She told 6B about her pregnancy first because it was her first class.  Mrs. Joyce told 3A first because it was her last kindergarten class.  She found out she was pregnant on a trip because she was sick at the grand canyon.  Mrs. Medina found out she was pregnant during summer break, August 6th to be exact.  We are so excited to have new falcons and will welcome them in with warm arms!
