Parent Teacher Conferences
The parent teacher conferences are held every year. This is where the parent of each student talks to their teacher about their work and performance in school. The students will get half a day off on Thursday and the day off on Friday due to these conferences. Each meeting is about five minutes, and will help you to do better for the next part of the year. Plus, we don’t go to school!
The junior high conferences have been set up differently this year for Thursday, and will be more efficient. Instead of waiting outside and a first come first serve procedure, the parents have been asked to sign up so it is more orderly. This is the time when the teachers simply focus on the student and discusses their strengths and weaknesses. The point of these meetings is to get a better understanding of where we stand in the class. The teachers hope to see all of us this year.
