For this article, I interviewed Matteo Camara, an 8th grader at St. Philip.  He says before getting into high school, you need to work hard in 8th grade. Although he also says that 8th grade is really fun even when the workload may be a lot. Matteo also mentions some tips for 8th grade. He tells us to listen well and pay attention, try to understand what the teacher is saying, and that time management is really important.

Now, you just need to choose what high school you want to go to. Matteo said that you need to choose a High School that will fit you, for example, if you want to continue your sports in high school, it would be good for you to choose a school that has a valid sports teams and the resources necessary to make you a better athlete. Also, he mentions that a big factor in choosing a school is convenience-distance, location, etc. Overall choosing a high school is an individual choice that may vary for every student and individual.
