Peace Builder of the Week: Daniella Salazar and Madison Messier!

The PeaceBuilders of the week are Daniella Salazar and Madison Messier! Daniella Salazar is a superb student in Mrs.Simone’s fifth grade class! She was recently given a Peace Builders Preferral for her good deeds. We decided to investigate and find out how she helped.

FF: What did you do to receive a Peacebuilders Prefferal?

Daniela: “A few of my classmates were sick so I decided to help out and write down their homework for them so they didn’t fall behind.”

FF: How does it make you feel when you help out others?

Daniella: “It feels good to help others and others can be peacebuilders too by simply helping others.”

That was very generous and responsible of Daniella. Secondly, we decided to ask another student from fifth grade who also received a Peacebuilders Preferral. Her name is Madison Messier and she is also in Mrs.Simone’s fifth grade class. Madison had received a Peacebuilders Preferral by helping one of our teachers.

FF: Madison, what did you do to help out our school?

Madison: “I helped Mrs. Webster by pushing her wheelchair into the church.”

FF: How does it make you feel when you help out others?

Madison: “ It makes me feel really good inside because I love to help out the school.”

After interviewing these two remarkable students, we have discovered new and improved ways to help the school and others. Daniella and Madison are great role models to other students because of their caring and helpful attitudes! Just as they said, it feels good to help others and the school. These fantastic girls encourage everyone to help others and the school too!
