On Tuesday April 17th 4th Grade had their Miner’s Day. Miner’s Day is when the students in 4th grade dress up as miners and bring food. They do this because they are learning about the California Gold Rush in Social Studies. Some of students brought food like biscuits and baked beans. Throughout the day the 4th graders do activities and watch videos on mining. Some students even brought props along with their costumes, one student even brought a blow-up axe. This is a great day for the students and a really fun way to learn.
