National test your brain day is for everyone to expand or exercise your brain. Several ways to test or “exercise” your mind such as reading, logic, math, word problems, brain teasers, riddles, etc. Learning something new is also testing your brain and is part of National Brian Day.

Another way to practice your brain is to study hard and practice memorizing passages or information. This skill is practiced a lot in school! Other tips to keep your brain active is to do mind games, puzzles, or learn facts over the summer. This will keep your brain healthy and more likely to memorize things that you learned in the past years of school.
