As many of the girls know, the Ramona Challenge is about to begin. The meeting was held on Thursday 2/28 in Mrs. Morales’s classroom where she briefly discussed what Ramona Challenge was, and what the different challenges were. For boys who aren’t allowed to compete, or girls who just don’t know what it is, it’s basically a bunch of competitions where you get to choose what you compete in. However, only one or two people are allowed to compete in each category. There’s ASL, basketball shootout, bridge building, cheerleading, dance, photography, headline heroes (which is like journalism), literary character presentation (where you act as a character from a book), marble run (where you build a course for the marbles), math, music, improv acting, poetry, short story, sketching, social studies, language contest, and theology. Mrs. Morales sent an email on 3/5/26 to everyone who wants to participate, and the actual challenge will take place on 5/22. If anyone reading this is competing, I hope you got the challenge you wanted and good luck!
