Last Tuesday, the 2nd graders went on a field trip to the Natural History Museum. This field trip is very memorable because of all the things you get to do there! So, I went to interview some of the second graders to see what they thought of their trip to the museum.

Madi: What was your favorite exhibit?

2A-

Alejandra: Fossil digging.

Angelo: Bird exhibit.

2B-

Alisa: The gem room.

Arthur: The gem room.

Madi: What did you learn?

2A-

Alejandra: Some fossils are formed in the ocean.

Angelo: Hummingbirds are the fastest birds in the world!

2B-

Alisa: (She claimed to not have learned anything, but I don’t think that’s true.)

Arthur: I learned about the many different types of animals.

Madi: Would you go back?

YES!!!!!!!

Listening to their answers reminded me of my own time there. It was a very fun field trip, and will remain so for the many generations of 2nd graders to come!
