Teacher Recipes: Mrs. Korman’s Vegan Protein Bars

(An Arbonne Recipe)

1 Peanut Butter- Creamy (16 ounces)

1 Agave Nectar (11.75 ounces)

1 cup Chocolate Protein Powder- Soy or Hemp

1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder- Soy or Hemp

3 cups Oats- Whole

 

In a large glass bowl, big enough for the eventual addition of all ingredients, warm the first two ingredients, Peanut Butter and Agave Nectar, for 30 seconds in the microwave and stir until combined and creamy. Add the next two ingredients, Protein Powders, and stir until mixture is consistent. Add the oats and mix well. Dump and spread mixture into a 9 X 13 inch pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate as is or cut and then freeze.

Unfortunately, I did not get to make them but if you did they would probably look like the above image. I also know they taste very good and are very healthy! I tried Mrs. Korman’s and they are delicious! Have fun cooking!
